I am a BHF Cardiovascular Biomedicine PhD student at the UCL Institute of Cardiovascular Science and UCL Institute of Health Informatics / Health Data Research UK. I am a fully-trained clinician (general practictioner) in Indonesia and a computational scientist. My research interest is applying computational methods to elucidate causal biology and inform the development of therapeutic strategies using large-scale genomics, molecular traits, and deep phenotype datasets. Aside from my own research, I co-lead the UCL Code Club, a community aiming to promote good coding and data science practice in research.
